A couple years ago I had the pleasure of being hired as a Kitchen Manager at April Bloomfield’s Salvation Taco. There were a few occasions where Chef April had tasted Arirang Kimchi and loved it (you can imagine how excited my family was with such a compliment!). When Chef April asked to make kimchi with my mother, of course we said “yes!”. Chef got hands-on kimjang experience which was a beautiful sight to see.
